All prices are starting rates and may vary based on your hair length, density, goals, and the time your service requires. Every lightening service includes a gloss (toner) and treatment.

04 / THE POLICIES
CANCELATIONS
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or cannot attend your appointment. This policy covers no-shows and significant service modifications, including downgrades.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% charge of the total appointment cost. Thank you for helping us protect our stylists’ time.
HAIR SERVICES & ADJUSTMENTS
All payments for hair services are final. Due to the time, products, and professional care involved in each appointment, we do not issue refunds for services rendered.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment. We’ll assess the concern and make any necessary adjustments related to the original service at no additional charge.
Adjustment requests must be made within this 7-day window. After that time, further changes or maintenance will require a new appointment at the regular service rate.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
All extension hair must be purchased directly through Salon 24. We only install hair sold through the salon and cannot use hair purchased from outside retailers or suppliers.
If you’re considering extensions, please speak with your stylist before purchasing hair so we can help you select the right option for your appointment.
